Film
Film is YOCED's production venture — and the clearest example of why creative rights and business systems belong in the same conversation.
What this sector is really like.
Production is project work: a crew assembles, delivers and disperses. That structure creates real short-term employment across a wide range of roles, and it is also where the worst terms in the creative economy are set — unpaid exposure work, credit promised and withdrawn, commissions with nothing written down.
Production is also the capability that every other part of YOCED needs. Documenting field work properly is what makes it possible to report on it honestly.
How the enterprise model applies here.
- 01Production managementScheduling, budgeting and crewing a project so it delivers without consuming its own margin.

- 03Crew developmentBringing young people into production roles with a route beyond runner.
- 04Documentation capabilityRecording YOCED's own field work to a standard partners can rely on.
Concretely, what you can bring or ask for.
- Commercial and documentary production briefs
- Equipment access and partnerships
- Crew training placements
- Distribution and broadcast relationships
